Cover and Contents Page Drawings

I think that the key to making a successful cover for the pop magazine would be to follow the general convention of making the magazine cover look quite full. I wasn't able to express this through my drawings, however, the magazine cover should also include a variety of bright and bold colours so that it would suit the genre of the magazine well. In terms of the contents page, my plan for the contents turned out slightly boxy. Possibly because I separated the key sectors of the contents page. Within my draft I will try to emphasise the imaging and colours more, keeping in mind that the different sections should be brought together more in terms of the layout.
